1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Verification

You must not share your credentials with any other person. joya7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

12 Account Termination and Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

joya7 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Your account being flagged as a duplicate of another existing account.

Where an account is closed by joya7 due to a breach of these Terms, joya7 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.
